Mango and Coconut Cream of Rice®

- Inspired by dessert. Perfect for breakfast. Try this tropical take on Cream of Rice made with milk, coconut shavings and mango!
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 mango, cubed
- 2 tbsp coconut milk (optional)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 packet Instant Cream of Rice
- Mix together milk and coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Cream of Rice and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and let cool for 1 minute.
- Stir in shredded coconut. Top with mango. Enjoy!
