Kiwi Breakfast Bowl Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 C. Cream of Rice®
- 4 C. Coconut milk
- 2 kiwifruits
- 2 gold kiwifruits
- 4 Tbsp. toasted almonds
- 4 Tbsp. toasted coconut
Directions
- Wash and peel the kiwifruits.
- Cut into slices or quarters; set aside.
- In a large saucepan, bring the coconut milk just to a boil.
- Stir in the Cream of Rice® and stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture back to a low boil, then turn down heat to simmer.
- Stir constantly for about 30 seconds or until the mixture has thickened.
- Portion the Cream of Rice® into 4 serving bowls and top with a mixture of kiwifruits, almonds and coconut.
- Enjoy immediately.
